Image courtesy of Ty Cole<\/p><\/div>\n<p><strong>Rubenstein Partners <\/strong>has signed a 10-year agreement with <strong>Mindspace<\/strong>, a global boutique flex office space provider, for 37,403 square feet at 25 Kent Ave. in New York City.<\/p>\n<p>The new location in Brooklyn&#8217;s Williamsburg neighborhood marks the second partnership between Rubenstein Partners and Mindspace, following the Wanamaker in Philadelphia.<\/p>\n<p>Developed by Rubenstein Partners and <strong>Heritage Equity Partners<\/strong>, 25 Kent is a 511,161-square-foot asset built in 2019. The eight-story building was designed by <strong>Hollwich Kushner <\/strong>and <strong>Gensler<\/strong>. Current tenants include Amazon and Kith, according to <a href=\"https:\/\/apps.commercialcafe.com\/broker\/content\/#!\/propertyDetails\/127592\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">CommercialEdge data<\/a>.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>READ ALSO<\/strong>: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/a-glimpse-of-nycs-booming-boutique-coworking-scene\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">A Glimpse Into NYC\u2019s Booming Boutique Coworking Scene<\/a><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Mindspace Williamsburg will act as the company\u2019s New York City coworking outpost. 25 Kent is a mixed-use building with office space and light manufacturing. The Mindspace area will have private offices, suites, meeting rooms and communal lounge space. 25 Kent features individual rooftops as well as a communal rooftop deck with views of Manhattan. Other amenities include a fitness center, as well as bike and car parking.<\/p>\n<p>Occupying a full city block, between North 12th and North 13th streets and Wythe and Kent avenues, 25 Kent is in proximity to retail, dining and art venues, as well as the new waterfront park Bushwick Inlet Park.<\/p>\n<p>Set to open in the spring of 2023, the 25 Kent lease is Mindspace\u2019s fifth U.S. location and the 10th space announced in 2022. Other recent sites include San Francisco, London and Berlin.
