Zendrive, Trifecta, Subway and Roots Coffee Co. are among the tenants of the building.<\/p>\n<p>Located at 428 J St. in downtown Sacramento, the property is within walking distance of Golden 1 Center and Old Sacramento Waterfront, as well as a variety of dining and entertainment options available nearby. Interstate 5 is less than half a mile away from the property.<\/p>\n<p>The downtown space marks the company\u2019s 18th coworking location in California and Nevada and its fourth coworking investment in Sacramento, Calif.
