The bank leased 40,000 square feet from <strong>Crescent Communities<\/strong> for 11 years. By 2026, the space is set to accommodate up to 350 employees.<\/p>\n<p>Barry Fabyan, Charley Leavitt and Grant Keyes with <strong>JLL<\/strong> represented Crescent Communities, and Tommy Beecher, with <strong>Savills<\/strong>, represented The Bank of London.<\/p>\n<p>This marks The Bank of London\u2019s second U.S. location, with its first office in New York. Launched in November 2021, the bank is also present in London <span style=\"color: #333333\">and<\/span> Belfast. When fully staffed, the Charlotte location&#8217;s surrounding counties can expect a $33 million annual payroll impact, according to the bank.<\/p>\n<hr>\n<p><strong>READ ALSO<\/strong>: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/cbre-strategic-partners-buys-charlotte-office-asset\/\">CBRE Investment Management Buys Charlotte Office Asset<\/a><\/p>\n<hr>\n<p>Located at 101 North Tryon Street, One Independence Center was built in 1983 and renovated in 2021, according to CommercialEdge data.
