According to CommercialEdge data, the 6000-6052 Bandini Blvd. building also features a two-level office build-out component and 50 parking spaces in a 0.43 spaces per 1,000 square feet parking ratio. Tenants include West Coast Imports and Studio Designs.<\/p>\n<p>Located less than 10 miles southeast of downtown L.A., the industrial park is in an area full of industrial buildings and warehouses, with neighbors such as FedEx, Evolution Logistics and HD Buttercup.<\/p>\n<p>Senior Managing Director Zac Sakowski, Director Chad Solomon and Vice President Brianna Demus led the JLL team that represented Rexford Industrial Realty in the sale.<\/p>\n<p>As part of a seven-property investment totaling $661 million earlier in June and July of this year, Rexford Industrial Realty also purchased the nearby <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/rexford-industrial-adds-661m-in-socal-assets\/\">6996 and 7044 Bandini Blvd.<\/a>, for a combined $40.5 million.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>JLL Capital Markets represented the company in the off-market transaction. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":3142,"featured_media":1004594373,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[22251,21748,21783,1594,21742,15],"tags":[32796,35630],"class_list":["post-1004594372","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-in-focus","category-industrial","category-investment","category-los-angeles","category-latest","category-west","tag-jll","tag-rexford-industrial-realty-inc"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO Premium plugin v23.4 (Yoast SEO v24.6) -
