LPC Desert West<\/strong>, the Southwest division of Lincoln Property Co.<\/strong>, has acquired a 77-acre site for I-10 International, a 1 million-square-foot industrial development in Tucson, Ariz.<\/p>\n

Diamond Ventures<\/strong> sold the land parcel for the future property. The $260 million project will be built in two phases. Construction is expected to begin this quarter, with completion scheduled for the second quarter of 2023.<\/p>\n

I-10 International will comprise four Class A warehouse and distribution center buildings. The first phase of the development will include three buildings of 192,600 square feet, 176,000 square feet and 142,000 square feet. The second phase will include a 476,000-square-foot cross-dock facility. The buildings will feature 32-foot to 36-foot clear heights, 14-foot glass entrances, an R-38 insulated roof deck system, as well as touchless technology and outdoor seating and relaxing areas.<\/p>\n

Partner Keri Lazarus Silvyn, Esq. of Lazarus & Silvyn, P.C.<\/strong> acted as the entitlement counsel in the transaction. Butler Design Group<\/strong> and Ware Malcomb<\/strong> will be the architects, while Rick Engineering<\/strong> will serve as the civil engineer.<\/p>\n

Located at the southeast corner of Alvernon Way and Los Reales Road, within a Foreign Trade Zone, the industrial development will be less than 2.5 miles away from Interstate 10 and within 2 miles of Tucson International Airport.<\/p>\n

Just last month, LPC West announced the development of Luke Field<\/a>, a $515 million, 2.3 million-square-foot megaproject in Glendale, Ariz. The company will break ground on the industrial complex at the end of this year, with an expected delivery in 2024.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
