As of November 2, 2022, the Dow Jones U.S. real estate office index posted the\u00a0highest multiple based from the last twelve months funds from operations among the three focused indexes.\u00a0The Dow Jones U.S. real estate office index posted a 21.43x, followed by the Dow Jones equity all REIT index with price to LTM FFO multiple of 15.27x and the Dow Jones U.S. real estate industrial index with 12.84x.<\/p>\n

Among all the U.S. office REITs, Equity Commonwealth had the highest price to LTM FFO multiple of 117x.<\/p>\n

As of June 1, the Dow Jones U.S. real estate office index posted the\u00a0highest multiple based from the last 12 months funds from operations among the three focused indexes.\u00a0The Dow Jones U.S. real estate office index posted a 39.28x, followed by the Dow Jones equity all REIT index with price to LTM FFO multiple of 22.73x and the Dow Jones U.S. real estate industrial index with 12.49x.<\/p>\n
