(Port of Baltimore\u20145.2 million cubic feet, rail service from CSX);<\/li>\n<li>Baltimore (Port of Baltimore\u201411.6 million cubic feet, rail service from CSX and Norfolk Southern);<\/li>\n<li>New Castle, Del., (Port of Wilmington and Port of Baltimore\u20146.1 million cubic feet, rail service from Norfolk Southern); and<\/li>\n<li>Mobile, Ala. (Port of Mobile).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>With this acquisition, Lineage is adding almost 38 million cubic feet of capacity and more than 113,000 pallet positions in the U.S.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>READ ALSO<\/strong>: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/industrial-capital-to-remain-abundant-qa-with-cbre\/\">Industrial Capital to Remain Abundant: Q&amp;A With CBRE<\/a><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Lineage is the world\u2019s largest temperature-controlled industrial REIT and currently owns more than 400 facilities totaling over 2 billion cubic feet of capacity in 19 countries.<\/p>\n<p><strong>G2 Capital Advisors<\/strong> LLC and <strong>Whiteford, Taylor &amp; Preston<\/strong> LLP were the financial and legal advisors to MTC, respectively.<\/p>\n<p>MTC Logistics was a wholly owned subsidiary of Hoffberger Holdings Inc., a diversified, fifth-generation, privately held family business of the Hoffberger family of Baltimore.<\/p>\n<h2>Cold stays hot<\/h2>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/cold-storage-demand-on-the-rise\/\">Research by <strong>CommercialEdge<\/strong><\/a> indicates that demand by pharmaceutical companies, on top of existing demand by grocery merchants, has helped to boost development in the cold storage sector.
