The value of mergers and acquisitions across the U.S. hit $2.6 trillion last year, twice the 2020 volume, according to Dealogic data.<\/p>\n<p>The exceptionally busy M&amp;A market surpassed all records in 2021 and experts expect M&amp;A activity to be strong this year, as well.
