The development has <strong>Amazon <\/strong>as an anchor tenant.<\/p>\n<h2>Steady growth<\/h2>\n<p>September 2020 saw the completion of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/seefried-jv-delivers-1-msf-orlando-area-amazon-warehouse\/\">Volusia County\u2019s largest distribution center<\/a>, a 1.1 million-square-foot facility developed by <strong>Seefried Industrial Properties<\/strong> and <strong>Clarion Partners<\/strong>, reportedly for Amazon.<\/p>\n<p>Ongoing demand is keeping vacancy and availability steady in the metro Orlando industrial market, despite more than 3 million square feet of deliveries in 2021, according to a fourth-quarter report from <strong>JLL<\/strong>.
