Yardi announced the expansion of its suite of real estate data and marketing services with the recent acquisition of 42Floors.com<\/a>, a popular online marketing platform for tenants and brokers. The site has been upgraded with the purpose of offering an efficient, streamlined experience for tenants, investors and real estate professionals, while also being integrated into Yardi\u2019s growing ecosystem of commercial real estate solutions.<\/p>\n

The website\u2019s high-quality search engine provides tenants access to more than 320,000 listings in top markets across the U.S. in all asset classes, including traditional office, coworking and flex spaces. 42Floors also offers listings for retail, industrial and warehouse properties.<\/p>\n

The revamped site becomes the newest member in the CommercialEdge network of marketplaces, which already includes CommercialSearch<\/a>, CommercialCafe<\/a>, Point2<\/a> and PropertyShark<\/a>. CommercialEdge is a Yardi commercial property research and listing platform. Using CommercialEdge, commercial real estate professionals can market and syndicate their listings to the rest of the network. Additionally, the Edge Research service allows access to detailed property data\u2014including ownership and lease information, sale history and technical details\u2014for all commercial asset classes. With a monthly reach of 2 million visitors and upwards of 200,000 leads generated per year, the CommercialEdge network will amplify the unique strengths of 42Floors.<\/p>\n
