A joint venture of GID, SunCap Property Group and Graycor Construction Co. has broken ground on three speculative industrial properties at Gilbert Spectrum, a 64-acre industrial park in Gilbert, Ariz.<\/p>\n

Located at McQueen and Elliot roads in Phoenix’s Southeast Valley, Buildings 9, 10 and 11 will add an additional 309,547 square feet of space to the project. The buildings will range in size from 66,446 to 142,200 square feet. Lee & Associates Arizona’s Ken McQueen and Chris McClurg are handling leasing for the assets.<\/p>\n
