The landlord, a joint venture including Westdale Real Estate Investment and Management, Ivanho\u00e9 Cambridge and Hines, signed a 10-year lease for a 24,480-square-foot space with the logistics company.<\/p>\n<p>Transwestern represented the tenant, while ALT+CO worked on behalf of the joint venture in the lease negotiations. The tenant will occupy the 15th floor of the property. The newly inked lease follows an 11-year, 42,000-square-foot lease singed by the owners with a life insurance company, Bestow, in August.<\/p>\n<h2>The Stack Deep Ellum<\/h2>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/westdale-ivanhoe-cambridge-hines-break-ground-on-dallas-project\/\">partnership broke ground<\/a> on the 16-story, mixed-use office complex in January 2020 and financed construction with a $64.6 million loan originated by Bank OZK, CommercialEdge data shows. The Stack Deep Ellum also includes a 14,662-square-foot retail component and is proposed for LEED Core &amp; Shell, Fitwell as well as WELL certification.<\/p>\n<p>Located on less than an acre at 2700 Commerce St., the office tower includes floorplates between 26,804 and 30,038 square feet.
