The strategic partnership will prioritize asset classes and properties that promote innovation and ESG principles when evaluating joint investment opportunities.<\/p>\n<p>At the end of last year, Tishman Speyer and Bellco Capital <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/tishman-speyer-jv-raises-1b-for-life-science-projects\/\">raised more than $1 billion in capital<\/a> for its Breakthrough Life Science Property Fund and in co-investments.
