A joint venture between Transwestern Development Co. (TDC) and BC Station Partners has unveiled plans for a Class A office building in the Dallas suburb of Richardson, Texas. The property will be located within CityLine, a mixed-use development. <\/p>\n

The asset, dubbed The Exchange at CityLine, will comprise 300,000 square feet across six stories. Designed by BOKA Powell, features of the property include glass lines for natural light, onsite fitness and food service, state-of-the-art mechanical systems and a parking garage. <\/p>\n

Paul Wittorf, market leader for TDC’s North Texas operations, said in a prepared statement that the outlook for the Dallas market post-pandemic is strong, and the firm feels confident that this new project will appeal to the influx of tenants looking to expand their footprint or enter the market. <\/p>\n

The Exchange at CityLine will offer convenient access to the DART Silver Line commuter rail, which is slated for completion in 2022. This will provide a direct line from the property to DFW International Airport. The building will also be situated near various amenities including restaurants, entertainment, retail and more than 5 miles of biking and hiking on the Spring Creek Trail System. <\/p>\n

TDC’s Wittorf and Managing Director Duane Henley are handling marketing for the new development. <\/p>\n

Strong TDC Pipeline<\/h2>\n

TDC has been busy with developments popping up all across the U.S. Last month, the company announced plans for Catersville Logistics Park<\/a>, an industrial project in Atlanta’s Northwest Industrial submarket, set to total 953,230 square feet across four properties. <\/p>\n

In February, the firm broke ground on Almeria Logistics Center and I-10 Commerce Center, a pair of speculative industrial projects totaling more than 483,000 square feet in Southern California\u2019s Inland Empire<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n
