With spring generally considered a time for rebirth, and our emergence from the pandemic giving this spring\u2019s regeneration particular meaning, it seems like the natural time to make changes of our own. To that end, I am pleased to introduce you to the newly revised Commercial Property Executive<\/em>.<\/p>\n

Changes to CPE<\/em> range from the aesthetic to the qualitative, from a new look to new content, giving you both greater information and increased ease of access. And they extend to our newsletters, our monthly digital edition and all related content.<\/p>\n

The new look begins with CPE<\/em>\u2019s revised logo, representing alignment with Yardi\u2019s commercial data and listings providers, CommercialEdge and Commercial Search, which will offer a greater combination of information as you track activity and seek more business opportunities. The new theme color replaces our previous signature red, so look for it as an identifier of all things CPE<\/em>!<\/p>\n

A simplified navigation menu emphasizes our heightened focus on specific areas of the commercial real estate business, making it easier to find our office and industrial content, coverage of key markets, research and data, and in-depth analysis of industry trends. We have also added a direct link to special coverage of key trending topics, helping you stay on top of critical issues that impact your business. That link currently connects you with our extensive content relating to COVID-19 as the industry experiments with means to address tenant concerns during property reopenings.<\/p>\n

We are focusing heavily at the local level, with expanded coverage of a number of key cities. Content will include news on corporate movements, leasing decisions, investment activity, zoning and new development plans, as well as trend stories, Q&As with local leaders, and market reports drawing on CommercialEdge data and focusing on office transactions, development projects and vacancies. In addition, you\u2019ll find frequent rankings of top deals and developments. We encourage you to get to know the reporters assigned to your market so they can share your stories!<\/p>\n

Additionally, we will continue to track important national commercial real estate trends, economic forecasts and policy shifts, placing special emphasis on analysis of the office and industrial sectors, along with tracking movement in the growing medical office and data center sectors.
