The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rics.org\/eu\/news-insight\/research\/market-surveys\/global-commercial-property-monitors\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Global Commercial Property Monitor<\/a> for the first quarter of the year, released today by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, shows a \u201csignificant decline\u201d when it comes to confidence in market performance for all property sectors, and the situation is anticipated to worsen in the second quarter of 2020.<br \/>\n<script src=\"https:\/\/whatcounts_saas.s3.amazonaws.com\/RLM-01ccfaab-8867-47ae-a347-cc89ebb4a7fc\/custom_forms\/CPE_Daily_Subscriber_Acquisition_2373_16.js\" async=\"\"><\/script><br \/>\nIn major markets such as the U.S. and the U.K., property values are expected to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/grocery-stores-pick-up-while-most-retail-slows-down\/\">decline by up to double digits in the case of retail<\/a>, 5-7.5 percent for office and marginally in the industrial sector.
