Shortly after Avison Young added an executive in Florida<\/a>, the company has hired Jason Levendusky as its newest principal. Based in the firm\u2019s Boston office, he will be in charge of the company\u2019s expansion in the Greater Boston area, advising clients on the leasing and sale of office, R&D and industrial assets. <\/em><\/p>\n

Levendusky has more than 22 years of commercial real estate experience. Prior to joining Avison Young, he served as executive vice president for 18 years at CBRE. Between 1999 and 2001, he worked as director of leasing for the Goldman Sachs-owned WP Commercial. He started his tenure as senior associate at Nordblom Co. in 1997, where he worked on the redevelopment of multiple office and flex projects. His client portfolio includes Invesco, RREEF\/DWS, Bentall Kennedy, Endpoint Clinical, Zone Labs and General Electric.<\/p>\n

The recently appointed principal holds a Bachelor of Arts from Trinity University and a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Maine School of Law. He is also a member of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board’s Commercial Brokers Association.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
