Avison Young\u2019s property management portfolio in Florida has reached 22 million square feet to date. On a national scale, the company occupies the fifth position in&nbsp;<em>Commercial Property Executive<\/em>&#8216;s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/2019-top-property-managers\/\">top property managers in 2019<\/a> ranking.<\/p>\n<p>Avison Young will oversee: &nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lyons Technology Center\u2060\u2014a 232,887-square-foot light industrial park in Coconut Creek, Fla.<\/li>\n<li>Pointe West Commerce Center\u2060\u2014a three-building, 169,033-square-foot flex\/warehouse property in Davie, Fla.<\/li>\n<li>Port 95 Business Center\u2014spanning 99,673 square feet at 4100 and 4150 S.W. 26<sup>th<\/sup> Way in Hollywood, Fla.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Lyons Technology Center consists of six industrial buildings located inside Lyons Technology Park at 4701, 4611, 4631 Johnson Road and 4811 and 4911 Lyons Technology Parkway. The property is one block east of State Road 7 and close to Sawgrass Expressway. Three of the buildings also include 67 percent of office space.<\/p>\n<p>Pointe West Commerce Center sits at 15751, 15851 and 15951 SW 41<sup>st<\/sup> St., right next to Interstate 75 and roughly 21 miles west of Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport.
