The new location will include collaborative areas, open offices and user-friendly meeting rooms.&nbsp;Completed in 1924, the asset underwent a series of renovations in 2009 and 2017, according to Yardi Matrix data. Improvements included refurbishing the lobby and the common corridors, as well as the elevators and restrooms.<\/p>\n<p>The property is home to tenants such as Newsday, Diptyque, Thom Browne, Fidelus Technology, Spanish American Institute, Reem Bridals, Caf\u00e9 Metro and Caf\u00e9 Nunez. Situated in the borough\u2019s Garment District, the building is two blocks away from Penn Station. Nearby amenities include fitness centers, a wide array of eateries and cafes, accommodation options and museums.<\/p>\n<p>Colin Godwin&nbsp;and&nbsp;John Cinosky represented the landlord&nbsp;in-house, while Cushman &amp; Wakefield\u2019s Douglas Regal, Jamie Katcher&nbsp;and&nbsp;Sebastian Infante&nbsp;acted on behalf of the tenant.&nbsp;The deal marks Knotel&#8217;s second commitment to an ATCO-owned property, as the company already&nbsp;leases 17,464 square feet at 373 Park Ave. South.&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The coworking company consolidated its relationship with ATCO Properties &#038;
