This part of the project will include a 19-story commercial tower providing 292,500 square feet of office and retail space, with completion scheduled for the last quarter of 2021. Plans for phase two feature a 165-key hotel, a 135-unit community and an additional 5,500 square feet of retail space.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>According to the company\u2019s website, The Fallon Co. bought the approximately 2-acre parcel in April 2018. The office building, designed by&nbsp;Duda | Paine Architects, will be located at 301 Hillsborough St. The development will display a glass fa\u00e7ade and will offer an expansive office lobby with gathering space, a multi-purpose terrace, tenant-only fitness facility and a pedestrian-oriented streetscape along the 12,500 square feet of retail and dining space.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Earlier this summer, The Fallon Co.<a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/pendo-preleases-125-ksf-in-future-raleigh-tower\/\"> pre-leased 125,000 square feet<\/a> at the upcoming tower to software startup Pendo, which plans to move its corporate headquarters to the new location in early 2022.
