The online fashion e-commerce company will occupy the entire 105,118-square-foot facility, which will house its northeast operations.<\/p>\n<p>Located at 77 Moonachie Ave., the asset is undergoing a complete overhaul. The landlord purchased the single-story property in August 2017 and is currently redeveloping it. Upon completion, scheduled for this fall, upgrades will include a new facade and ESFR sprinkler system as well as a partial roof raise to 28 feet. The building also features 125 parking spaces.<\/p>\n<p>Exit 16W of the New Jersey Turnpike is 2 miles away, while the Port of New York and New Jersey is 10 miles away. Major thoroughfares such as Route 17 and Interstate 80 provide easy access throughout the area. Teterboro Airport is situated 2 miles north.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>A CBRE team comprising Larry Schiffenhaus, Thomas Monahan, Stephen D&#8217;Amato, Anastasia Lazarides, Gerard Monahan and Lauren Griffith represented the tenant in the lease transaction.
