A joint venture between Greenstone Properties and RSF Partners has sold 3301 Windy Ridge, a 106,574-square-foot office building within the master-planned Wildwood Office Park in Atlanta. Jeff Lopez and Christian Lopez acquired the asset for $19 million.<\/p>\n

CBRE assisted the seller in the transaction. The property, situated in the Cumberland-Galleria submarket, previously changed hands for $15 million<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Located at 3301 Windy Ridge Parkway S.E., on 6.4 acres, the building was developed in 1982 and underwent cosmetic renovations in 2014, Yardi Matrix shows. The six-story asset features 21,300-square-foot floorplans, a wellness area and more than 300 parking spaces. The property was 98 percent leased at the time of sale.<\/p>\n

Close to the intersection of interstates 285 and 75, the property is adjacent to the 1,700-acre Chattahoochee River National Recreation Area. The Battery and SunTrust Park are also in the proximity. Downtown Atlanta is approximately 13 miles south and Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport is roughly 24 miles south.<\/p>\n

CBRE Executive Vice President Tom Shafer and Transaction Manager John Hinson represented the seller. First Vice President Heather Lamb and Associate Parker Nelson will provide leasing services.<\/p>\n

In May, a 414,000-square-foot office building traded<\/a> just 2 miles south of 3301 Windy Ridge. The sale of Galleria 100 is considered one of the biggest Atlanta office deals<\/a> in the first half of 2019. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
