InfiniPower Hospitality Group owns the properties and Johnson Hospitality manages them. Canyon Partners Real Estate provided preferred equity for the construction of the hotels.<\/p>\n<hr>\n<p><strong>READ ALSO:<\/strong>&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/marriott-breaks-ground-on-las-vegas-hotel\/\">Marriott Breaks Ground on Las Vegas Hotel<\/a><\/p>\n<hr>\n<p>Situated at 656 America Center Court, the assets are near the Southbay Freeway, around 9 miles from downtown San Jose and 7 miles from the Norman Y. Mineta San Jose International Airport. The properties provide access to the Santa Clara and the San Jose McEnery convention centers.<\/p>\n<p>The Residence Inn includes a mix of studio, one- and two-bedroom suites. All keys include equipped kitchens. The Fairfield Inn &amp; Suites comprises flexible and functional guestrooms as well as work areas. Additionally, both properties are LEED-certified and feature a shared outdoor swimming pool, patio with built-in barbecue and fire pit, basketball court and fitness center.
