ARCO Design\/Build industrial is the general contractor managing the construction process of the development. The storage asset is expected to be opened by January 2020.<\/p>\n<p>Located at 310 Sicklerville Road, the new development is situated alongside Freeway 42, within 24 miles of downtown Philadelphia. The facility will be easily accessible from nearby communities, such as Williamstown. Additionally, the storage is situated around 10 miles from Rowan University and roughly 9 miles from Camden County College. The new Extra Space Storage will comprise a total of 595 climate-controlled storage spaces, according to a statement by Winslow Township Mayor Barry Wright.<\/p>\n<p>In June, Extra Space Storage has entered into <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/w-p-carey-extra-space-storage-strike-net-lease-deal\/\">a 25-year triple net lease agreement<\/a> with W.P.
