Protempo US Limited, a global consumer electronics distributor, is taking up the space, which will be used for refurbishment capabilities and distribution.<\/p>\n<p>The new lease covers the remaining 40 percent of the 344,249-square-foot facility, after the building\u2019s first tenant, Home Chef, signed for 206,398 square feet in March. The cross-dock distribution facility is located at 1445 S. Tippecanoe Ave., with immediate access to Interstate 10.<\/p>\n<p>Millie &amp; Severson constructed the now-fully-leased building designed by HPA Architecture, while Thienes Engineering served as the project\u2019s civil engineer. The property forms part of a two-building complex, alongside an 81,286-square-foot front loading facility that <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/rockefeller-group-completes-2-msf-of-industrial-in-ca\/\">4F Capital purchased last year<\/a>. Rockefeller Group demolished an existing metal warehouse to build the pair of industrial buildings on a 19-acre parcel.<\/p>\n<p>The project\u2019s location gives it access to major industrial users in the San Bernardino submarket of California\u2019s Inland Empire, one of the country\u2019s top distribution centers.
