The company entered an 8,641-square-foot lease with Hines at its mixed-use project in Chandler, Chandler Viridian\u2014whose <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/hines-opens-offices-at-chandler-viridian-in-az\/\">office component opened in January<\/a>. The firm will join Stantec and Workuity, the three companies occupying the entire first floor of the office building. ClearChoice\u2019s new office, which will include exam rooms, a lab and consultation areas, is expected to open in August.<\/p>\n<p>The Offices at Chandler Viridian is a Class A, 250,000-square-foot building part of Hines\u2019 mixed-use project at 3133 W. Frye Road, which will also include multifamily, hotel and retail space. Hines is developing the project in a joint venture with New York Life Real Estate Investors.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The office building features open floor plans with 10-foot tall ceilings, a lounge, caf\u00e9, conference rooms and a large courtyard. Tenants are provided with access to Loop 101 and Loop 202 as well as the Chandler Fashion Center mall, which is linked to the property via a pedestrian promenade.<\/p>\n<p>Cushman &amp; Wakefield\u2019s Executive Managing Director Jerry Roberts and Director Patrick Boyle represented Hines in the deal.
