The National Academy of Sports Medicine has leased 41,572 square feet at Building 6 Phase I of The Reserve at San Tan, a Class A business park in Gilbert, Ariz. NASM will occupy the majority of the 69,460-square-foot office structure. Newmark Knight Frank represented the landlord, Orsett Properties.<\/p>\n

The 50-acre Reserve at San Tan is located approximately 40 miles from downtown Phoenix. The property has easy access to Loop 202 and U.S. Highway 60, with the Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport 11 miles northwest. Crossroads Towne Center, the shopping mall with more than 40 restaurants and 1.2 million square feet of retail is within a 30-minute drive. When completed, the business park will total a little more than 400,000 square feet of office space, per Yardi Matrix data.<\/p>\n

Located at 365 E. Germann Road, Building 6 Phase I is one of two three-story, Class A office properties totaling 148,466 square feet, delivered in January 2019. The building features office spaces of various sizes, with open ceilings and high-end finishes. Amenities include the 6,200-square-foot San Tan Lounge, connecting phases I and II of the property. The casual space includes conference and training rooms, fully equipped with audio-visual and free Wi-Fi.<\/p>\n

NKF Executive Managing Director Mike Garlick, together with Senior Managing Directors Mike McQuaid and Chris Krewson, represented Orsett Properties in the transaction.<\/p>\n

In January, a 250,000-square-foot office building opened<\/a> in Chandler, Ariz., which is within a 35-minute drive of The Reserve at San Tan. The structure ranks as the tallest multi-tenant office building in Chandler. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
