Scheduled for completion in late 2019, the two-tower project marks KRC\u2019s first ground-up development in Seattle.<\/p>\n<p>In a press event held at 333 Dexter on June 24, Apple confirmed its plans to hire more than 2,000 employees in the city over the next five years. The new positions will include both hardware and software jobs.<\/p>\n<p>Located at 333 Dexter Ave. N., near Dexter Avenue and Highway 99, 333 Dexter is close to Seattle\u2019s Space Needle and provides convenient access to global technology and life science innovators, such as Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, Amazon and UW Medicine.<\/p>\n<p>The office complex comprises two LEED Platinum 12-story towers that can house as many as 4,500 employees. The property offers three podium floors, with 62,000 square feet of flexible floor plates, as well as 15,000 square feet of first-floor retail space.
