WelbeHealth, a private healthcare provider who offers managed medical and social services to seniors, has signed a 14,200-square-foot lease at Meridian\u2019s recently renovated 115,000-square-foot Cotton Medical Center in Pasadena, Calif. Other tenants include healthcare providers and practices that specialize in neuro research, pediatrics, dentistry, dermatology, plastic surgery, ENT and cardiology. With WelbeHealth as the largest tenant at Cotton to date, the medical center will have an 83 percent occupancy rate.<\/p>\n

Located at 50 Alessandro Place and 50 Bellefontaine St., Cotton Medical Center is adjacent to Huntington Memorial Hospital and near a new Shriners Hospitals for Children. The 2.8-acre office complex consists of a four-story, 52,000-square-foot building on Bellefontaine Street and a five-story, 63,000-square-foot building and an adjacent, subterranean parking garage on Alessandro Place. <\/p>\n

According to Meridian Project Manager Jackie Perez, the company recently completed the build-out of the space for the new tenant, which included the relocation of existing tenants in order to provide WelbeHealth its desired space and build it out to OSHPD III standards.<\/p>\n

CBRE\u2019s Angie Weber and Dana Nialis represented Meridian in the lease transaction and Erica Frey from Colliers International\u2019s Stockton office represented WelbeHealth.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
