Yardi Matrix information shows that Cerberus Capital Management holds the largest lease in the building, with 132,000 square feet. The tenant roster also includes the Manhattan offices of Troutman Sanders, Epstein Becker &amp; Green, DWS Group and CIFC Asset Management.
