According to Yardi Matrix data, Boyd Watterson Asset Management paid $15.6 million for the Class B office property, which is $2.8 million more than what Kingsbarn Realty Capital paid for the asset in 2014.<\/p>\n<p>Located at 5141 Verdugo Way, the office building is within 3 miles of downtown Camarillo. The property is adjacent to several dining venues and nearby Ventura Freeway offers easy access to Ventura and Thousand Oaks.<\/p>\n<p>Completed in 1985, the two-story asset underwent cosmetic renovations in 2006, under the ownership of Hill Street Realty. According to Yardi Matrix data, at the time of the transaction the building was fully occupied.
