Grover Corlew has inked three new leases totaling 36,539 square feet at its 103,991-square-foot Sabre Centre I in Boca Raton, Fla. Executive Director John Criddle and Director Joseph Freitas of Cushman & Wakefield negotiated the three national headquarters deals on behalf of the landlord. Non-profit organization Gift of Life will occupy 21,807 square feet, retailer The North West Co. 10,717 square feet and toy manufacturer Jay @ Play signed for 4,015 square feet.  <\/p>\n

Located at 5901 Broken Sound Parkway N.W. within the 700-acre The Park at Broken Sound business complex, the six-story Class A building is less than 3 miles from the Boca Raton Executive Airport, roughly 6 miles from downtown Boca Raton, while the proximity to Interstate 95 and Florida\u2019s Turnpike grants access to the Palm Beach and Fort Lauderdale\/Hollywood international airports. Amenities at the asset include efficient floorplates, floor-to-ceiling windows, on-site property management and 24\/7 access.<\/p>\n

The owner purchased the property in 2016<\/a> and, according to Grover Corlew Partner Mark Corlew, invested $2 million in common-area and mechanical upgrades in order to reposition the property. Other tenants at Sabre Centre I include BSN, IWS, Lamark Media and Education Dynamic.  <\/p>\n
