Koch Industries will occupy 5,095 square feet, IDI Logistics 2,841 square feet and Roscoe Property Management will lease 2,566 square feet.<\/p>\n<p>Koch Industries\u2014a capital partner in the development of the office building located at 2300 N. Field St. in the Uptown\/Oak Lawn submarket\u2014will be moving in July. IDI Logistics will relocate their regional Texas market office this summer as well, while Roscoe Property Management will be transferring to their new DFW office in the fall.<\/p>\n<p>The 22-story building includes 87,000 square feet of first-floor retail and seven levels of parking. Completed in 2018, the asset is close to Spur 366 and within walking distance of downtown Dallas. The area offers plenty of retail, dining and entertainment options as well as access to residential properties.
