Point of Rental Software has acquired a 35,000-square-foot office building in Fort Worth, Texas, from Peak CRE. According to Tarrant County records, the buyer financed the acquisition with a $3.4 million loan from First United Bank and Trust Co. set to mature in 2039. The new owner will use the space as their North American headquarters and is set to relocate this summer.   <\/p>\n

Located at 14401 Statler Blvd., the single-story building was completed in 2005 on a 7.9-acre site and is halfway between downtown Dallas and downtown Fort Worth, with both being less than 20 miles away. The asset is close to dining options and residential properties and within 6 miles of the Dallas-Fort Worth Airport. The office was previously the headquarters for Bimbo U.S.<\/p>\n

The seller represented itself in the transaction through Director of Real Estate Sam Franklin. Senior Director Cribb Altman and Director Charlie Beck from Cushman & Wakefield worked on behalf of the buyer.
