The company plans to consolidate its operations in Westmont and Lombard, Ill., into the new office once the redevelopment is completed.<\/p>\n<p>The $50 million, 18-acre office campus has been under construction since 2017, when Ryan Cos. acquired the site. CBRE represented the landlord in the deal.<\/p>\n<p>Located at 660 Oakmont Lane, off Interstate 88, the three-building campus provides a total of 275,000 square feet of office space, a below-grade parking accommodating up to 200 cars, a conference center, fitness center and deli. The site is located in a park-like setting that includes a 3.6-acre pond.<\/p>\n<p>Situated between both O\u2019Hare and Midway International Airports, the campus offers convenient access to downtown Chicago.
