The 27-acre site will feature residential, commercial and hospitality buildings as well as 300,000 square feet of retail, restaurant and entertainment space.<\/p>\n<p>This construction phase involves a portion of the project\u2019s high-street retail promenade and one of the two public parking garages fronting Northeast Seventh Street, between Northeast First and Second avenues in Downtown Miami.
