The duo will expand IPA\u2019s commercial real estate financing services to clients in the metro and throughout the Pacific Northwest. Marcus &amp; Millichap expanded its division to Seattle in 2016.<\/p>\n<p>Prior to joining IPA, both Allen and Heikkila worked at JLL. Allen returned to Marcus &amp; Millichap after having worked at the company between 2011 and 2017. Heikkila served as a senior vice president at JLL. He brings more than 13 years of commercial real estate experience. Together<strong>, <\/strong>they have funded more than $2 billion in commercial real estate financing.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cThey are well known in the local market and bring years of experience and expertise to our growing team in the Pacific Northwest.
