He will be responsible for acquisition and disposition of large-scale retail and mixed-use developments throughout Texas and the Southwest.<\/p>\n<p>He will be working with Executive Vice President Chris Cozby in Dallas-Fort Worth and Senior Vice President Mark Witcher out of the Houston office, whose <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/cbre-hires-new-svp-in-houston\/\">appointment was announced last year<\/a>. &nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>With 30 years of real estate investment banking experience, Batjer has been involved in real estate transactions for major corporate, institutional and entrepreneurial owners totaling more than $8.5 billion.
