The three-story, 32-bed medical facility will sit on 25 acres at the corner of 82nd and Marsha Sharp Freeway and is expected to be completed by December 2020.<\/p>\n<p>The nearby area is mostly residential, but it also hosts a Holiday Inn Express &amp; Suites and several retailers, including two fast-food restaurants. The developer plans to take the project beyond a simple hospital. Skiles\u2019 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/skiles-group-appoints-new-coo-svp\/\">Senior Vice President Michael Blakemore<\/a> announced it will build a campus which will focus on elements such as abundant natural light, green space views as well as the optimization of privacy and acoustic within patient areas.
