A variety of retail and dining options are located nearby and the facility provides easy access to Interstate 5.<\/p>\n<p>LBA Realty purchased the Class A industrial property from Lincoln Property Co. in May 2017 for $45.6 million, according to Yardi Matrix data. The three-building asset was completed in 1989.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cThis is a prime location for a film studio and a great cost alternative to other, pricier destinations in L.A. County due to the City of Santa Clarita Valley\u2019s extreme film-friendliness,\u201d<\/em>&nbsp;Peters said in prepared remarks.<\/p>\n<p>A CBRE team of Craig Peters and Sam Glendon represented the tenant and the landlord in the deal.
