\"\"<\/a>Hillwood has acquired Valentine 85 Logistics Center, a recently completed Class A bulk distribution property in Pendergrass, Ga., an industrial submarket northeast of Atlanta. The property totals more than 1 million square feet in size.<\/p>\n

Situated at 117 Valentine Industrial Parkway, the property is located close to Interstate 85 and is about a one-hour drive from downtown Atlanta. USAA Real Estate\/Seefried recently completed Valentine 85 Logistics Center, which features modern design specs including 40-foot minimum clear height, tilt-up concrete construction, 7-foot ductilcrete floors, 50-foot by 56-foot bays with 60-foot speed bay, 185-foot full concrete truck courts and parking for 446 cars and 267 trailer positions.<\/p>\n

“With the addition of Valentine 85, we can now accommodate customers ranging from 50,000 square feet to 1,000,000 square feet throughout metro Atlanta,”  <\/em>said Amy Curry, Senior Vice President at Hillwood, in prepared remarks. <\/p>\n

Last month, Ackerman & Co. sold two industrial buildings<\/a> located within the Stone Mountain Industrial Park in metro Atlanta. The firm previously sold a 1 million-square-foot logistics center<\/a> in Braselton, Ga., for $70 million to Uline Inc., in December.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
