In his new role, McCall will coordinate a team of valuation and advisory specialists across the country, with the objective to develop and expand the market-leading platform nationally.<\/p>\n<p>McCall brings 30 years of commercial real estate experience to his new position. Before joining CBRE in 2018 with his Valuation and Advisory Services team, McCall served as managing director at Colliers International\u2019s office based in South Carolina. Prior to his position at Colliers, McCall owned and operated his regional firm in Charleston for 15 years. Throughout his career, his main focus was on the valuation of commercial properties with an emphasis on financial analysis of income-producing assets, institutional uses and litigation support.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cThis appointment is part of our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/cbre-takes-pulse-of-southeastern-us-cre\/\">continued growth strategy to provide<\/a> a comprehensive service offering for our clients.
