The property will be transformed into 20,000 square feet of retail, restaurant and creative office space.<\/p>\n<p>Located at 2501 The Plaza, at the intersection with Duncan Avenue in Villa Heights, the two-story former Carphonics Sight &amp; Sound building is set to become a mixed-use development. The top floor will feature new storefronts and an outdoor patio along The Plaza, while the lower level of the property is slated to include grade-level storefronts facing the Villa Heights neighborhood. Tenant spaces on the neighborhood side will include high ceilings, brick columns and covered patios.<\/p>\n<p>LPA Urban expects to deliver the renovated space during the first quarter of next year. The company\u2019s James Craig is marketing the space for lease. Previously, LPA Urban redeveloped 2100 NoDa, a former warehouse property that now features 18,000 square feet of commercial space on the Little Sugar Creek Greenway at Cordelia Park.
