Prior to joining the company, Kern held the position of senior vice president of leasing and national accounts at Site Centers Corp., a publicly traded real estate investment trust. There, he was responsible for directing the leasing department for western U.S. and Puerto Rico. He also held leadership positions in the development and transactions departments. Kern has a degree in economics from&nbsp;Colgate University.<\/p>\n<p>As senior vice president of finance, Hill will direct ICP\u2019s financial planning and accounting practices, and will oversee the company\u2019s relationships with lending institutions, investors and the financial community. Hill spent 13 years at Forest City Realty Trust as vice president.
