In addition to overseeing the expansion of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/construction-begins-on-2-la-area-industrial-facilities\/\">NKF\u2019s industrial capabilities<\/a>, Klink will be responsible for recruiting new professionals and expanding client relationships. He will be based in the company\u2019s Orange County office.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<em>Klink is a well-rounded commercial real estate executive with a history of enhancing service delivery to institutional customers and clients<\/em>,\u201d CEO Barry Gosin said in a prepared statement.<\/p>\n<p>The newly appointed executive vice president has more than 33 years of experience across brokerage, development and property management with a focus on office and industrial assets. Prior to joining NKF, Klink was an executive managing director of investor services with Cushman &amp; Wakefield.
