Goli comes to SIG from CBRE Los Angeles, where he served as vice president of the L.A. North office. Throughout his career, Goli took part in concluding transactions worth more than $250 million.<\/p>\n<p>During his 14 years in the industry, Goli engaged in the disposition and acquisition of commercial properties, real estate portfolio management, as well as in landlord and tenant representation for commercial leasing. His client list encompasses build-to-suit developers, private equity firms and private individuals, along with national retail and industrial tenants.
