Stephanie Plaines<\/p><\/div>\n

JLL has appointed Stephanie Plaines as global CFO, effective at the end of the month. Plaines comes from Starbucks, where she was CFO for the U.S. retail segment. She will report to CEO Christian Ulbrich and join the company\u2019s executive board.<\/p>\n

Plaines has extensive experience across the finance and business sectors, not just in the U.S. but in China, France, Switzerland and the UK as well. Prior to Starbucks, she was CFO for the e-commerce and omni-channel businesses of Walmart Sam\u2019s Club division and also held various finance roles at retailer Ahold Delhaize, PepsiCo and UBS.<\/p>\n

She earned an MBA from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas and a Bachelor of Science degree in international finance from the University of Florida. She was also a participant of the Harvard Business School Executive Education program.<\/p>\n

\u201cStephanie will bring her significant experience in financial leadership in businesses across the world to play a key leadership role in the continuing implementation of our Beyond strategic vision and transformation agenda,\u201d<\/em> said Ulbrich, in prepared remarks.<\/p>\n

The appointment of Plaines comes after the recent death of Stuart Scott<\/a>, JLL\u2019s founding CEO, on Feb. 26.<\/p>\n
