Roosevelt Way, just north of downtown Tempe and 3.5 miles from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport.&nbsp; The 352,000-square-foot Class A office property will feature a two-story lobby with natural wood ceilings, a 12,000-square-foot first-floor amenity lounge with a sit-down restaurant, lounge area and conference facilities.<\/p>\n<p>Tenants at the nine-story property will have access to a private fitness center with Peloton equipment, a rooftop lounge, a catering kitchen for corporate events and views of the Papago Buttes, Hole in the Rock and Camelback Mountain.<\/p>\n<p>DAVIS served as the project architect and Whiting-Turner is the general contractor of the project.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cGrand 2 is another of our highly visible and remarkable Valley of the Sun projects,\u201d<\/em> said DAVIS Founder &amp; CEO Mike Davis, in prepared remarks. <em>\u201cWe were inspired by its vibrant location along the Loop 202\/Red Mountain Freeway, its proximity to Arizona State University and the energy of Papago Park Center.
