Situated in the Moncloa district, the property is close to one of the largest transit hubs in the city and within walking distance to Princesa and Gran Via, the city&#8217;s prime shopping corridors.<\/p>\n<p>CBRE Hotels facilitated the deal on behalf of the seller.
