WAC Lighting Aether 2″<\/p><\/div>\n

WAC Lighting, a global company that designs and manufactures lighting solutions and sustainable LED collections<\/a> for residential, retail, hospitality, museum and commercial applications, has introduced a new shallow LED recessed downlight, the Aether 2″. WAC\u2019s new product features a low-profile LED housing that is designed to fit in tight plenum spaces. Both round and square trim models are available.<\/p>\n

The product fits in ceilings with one-half to 1-inch thickness and is suitable for indoor and covered outdoor space applications in residential, commercial, hospitality and architectural environments. The luminaire uses 15 watts and delivers up to 1405 lumens. It offers correlated color temperature ranging from 2700K to 4000K with 17 degree spot to 50 degree wide optics. The LEDs have a 50,000-hour rated life.<\/p>\n

The IC-rated, airtight universal housing accepts three types of trim: a downlight for general illumination with superior glare control, an adjustable accent light with 0 to 25 degree index-based precision aiming and a wall washer that illuminates with a patterned lens. The 120V-277V universal voltage driver can dim down to five percent, with ELV, TRIAC or 0 to 10V dimming capabilities. <\/p>\n
